Foreshore sponsors the Lilies

Foreshore has signed a two-year sponsorship deal with Jersey's only ladies Cricket Club, The 'Foreshore' Lilies.

Chairman Vicky Toole said: "The team is really pleased and very grateful to Foreshore for its support. The directors were very quick to respond to our request and we are working together to make sure we achieve as much as possible from the partnership. The offshore islands of many of Foreshore's clients also happen to be strongholds of cricket. Who knows, we may even have opportunities to tour there!"

Andy Jarrett, Sales Director for Foreshore said: "We are pleased to be sole sponsors for the Lilies and will do our best to support them in achieving their ambitions. What better time to demonstrate support for Jersey's one and only ladies' team than hot on the heels of the England women's success in the World Cup? We may see some Lilies players in the squad in years to come!"

The Foreshore Lilies' season begins in May 2009 and there will be a friendly match against Foreshore on 7th June!
