Bilateral cooperation agreement between Danish Gambling Authority and Jersey Gambling Commission

The Danish Gambling Authority and the Jersey Gambling Commission have agreed the terms for a bilateral cooperation agreement, the scope of which is support each other's legitimate interests and provide mutual operational assistance in achieving targets and aims. The agreement, which was executed on the 25^th January 2012, paves the way for Jersey to act as a "home base" from which operators can serve their fragmented European gambling operations from a single high-tech low-cost jurisdiction.
