Businesses that operate in offshore locations face environmental and other challenges that are quite distinct from the norm and Foreshore recognises that the same fragility and vulnerability applies to many of the indigenous species in these remote and isolated locations.
This mutual understanding forms the basis of a global partnership between Foreshore and Durrell which aims to foster mutually beneficial relationships, with the overall goal of raising awareness of Durrell within the territories where Foreshore operates, as well as the vital work that it carries out worldwide.
As well as the creation of stronger links between Durrell and the international business communities, Foreshore will also donate a proportion of its revenue earned in each jurisdiction to support Durrell’s activities in that area.
The downloadable pack contains information on some of the endangered species that Durrell and Foreshore are working together to protect.
