On Monday 25 September Foreshore held a seminar entitled "The Future of Email - Trends, Challenges & Solutions" at the Ritz Carlton hotel in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.
The seminar was an opportunity to gain greater business perspectives on current email management issues facing companies and to explore future solutions to these challenges. The focus of the afternoon was on email availability and offshore continuity and invitees were addressed by global industry specialists and independent consultants in the areas of IT security, business continuity planning and compliance.
Foreshore is the the first to acknowledge that email is already firmly established as the primary form of company communication. The implications and consequences of this from a regulatory, administrative, security, and technological standpoint are considerable.
Foreshore has therefore partnered with Mimecast Offshore, a leading email technology innovator, in order to provide elegant solutions to these challenges while simultaneously simplifying IT infrastructure and improving overall functionality.
Monday’s seminar was well attended by CEO’s, IT Director, HR Managers, Compliance and MLRO, predominantly from the finance and legal industries and Foreshore hopes to be of further assistance to Cayman companies with regards to their email while continuing to offer its Online Backup and disaster recovery solutions.
