Following on from their support of the Cayman Islands Blue Iguana over the past 4 years, Foreshore has extended its support for Durrell with a Global Partnership deal.
The partnership is based on the synergy between locations in which Foreshore does business, and those locations where Durrell works with local organisations to save some of the world’s most threatened species. These include several of the caribbean islands and other isolated areas where endemic species are under threat from habitat loss.
Foreshore will help to raise awareness of the trust’s work within the various business communities, and will also be donating a proportion of revenues raised in these areas.
Foreshore’s Sales director Andrew Jarrett said: "We began this journey with Durrell in 2004 with the Blue Iguana project in Grand Cayman and this new partnership is a natural extension of that, reflecting the company’s growth in these areas. We are very pleased to be working so closely with Jersey’s own world-leading conservation organisation".
