New role and new appointment announced at Foreshore
Foreshore’s success in delivering managed services has lead to the creation of a new role in the organisation. Davey Sandiford, who has been appointed Service Delivery Manager, will be responsible for managing the provision and performance of services to local and international clients and ensuring delivery in accordance with the ITIL* framework and other industry best practices.
Originally from Manchester, Davey spent four years in London and has been in IT related roles for 12 years, most recently in the financial services sector with Mourant and Kleinwort Benson. He also spent nine years with multi-national Manufacturing Corporation Akzo Nobel, the world’s largest global paints and coatings company, which acquired Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) Plc in January 2008.
Sales and Marketing director Andy Jarrett said, "This new role reinforces our commitment to setting the bench mark for best practice in all aspects of product and service delivery. Davey has the right experience, motivation and attitude for the role and I am delighted to welcome him to the team."
